Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic components, sub-assemblies, and instruments per procedures and quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis on technical issues and collaborate with Engineering to resolve failures.
• Repair products to component level when needed to restore functionality and performance.
• Document repairs, test results, maintenance activities, and product failures in company systems.
• Provide technical support to production teams and assist with training and KPI reporting.
