Job summary

GE HealthCare in Lima, OH is seeking an electronics/biomedical technician to respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and perform repair and PM on basic biomedical equipment. Under supervision, you will communicate with customers, document actions, and support safety inspections while maintaining calibration and readiness of test equipment.

Responsibilities include following GE policies, collaborating with teammates, and contributing to timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Analytical and communication skills to explain technical issues to customers clearly.
• Compliance with background check and immunization requirements during employment.
• One year of experience in servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate basic customer biomedical equipment issues and implement repairs.
• Perform planned maintenance and safety/environmental inspections.
• Communicate and document actions; work with teammates and GE policies.
• Follow GE policies, procedures and hospital protocol; complete required reports.
• Share on-call responsibilities as trained and support efficient service delivery.
