Job summary

You will document service actions in CMMS, update device records, and help maintain compliance with procedures while upholding the company's “Customer is 1st” ethos.

The role requires troubleshooting electronics, strong communication, and the ability to work with a team to meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and repair in electronic or mechanical devices.
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Daily servicing of medical devices.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and meet production goals.
• Provide cost estimates for device maintenance.
• Input work orders into CMMS with parts, labor, and results.
• Perform 5S workplace organization principles.
