Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role.
• INCOSE ASEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholder needs, define solutions, and ensure the final system meets those needs.
• Lead solution design, specification development, verification, and validation activities.
• Create and maintain traceable allocation matrices from Needs Statements through Validation results.
• Apply relevant industry standards and ensure safety training and procedures are followed.
