Ball State University invites applications for the full-time Assistant Director of Biomedical Programs in Muncie, IN. This 12-month in-person role supports the Biomedical Sciences program and undergrad mentoring across advising and career readiness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biology, biomedical sciences, or related field by date of appointment.
• At least one year of managerial experience in biomedical or related field.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing the Biomedical Sciences program and mentoring undergraduates.
• Guide and manage the program and advise students on academics and professional school preparation.
• Develop and deliver workshops and events aligned with student programs.
