Job summary

Axle is seeking a Project Manager for Biomedical Laboratory Management and Operations Planning to coordinate facility planning, operational programs, and high-containment lab support at RML. You will help with space planning, master planning, and equipment lifecycle management while aligning with safety policies and research programs.

The role involves developing tracking applications for BSC programs, supporting instrument maintenance, and coordinating with ORF/ORS/OWS to ensure facility

Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher in Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
• Laboratory experience in high-containment environments (BSL-2/3/4, ABSL-3/4) preferred.
• Ability to design or support tracking applications, centralized databases, or digital management tools for scientific equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility planning and operational program development for high-containment labs.
• Support space tracking, master space planning, and campus master plan updates.
• Develop and maintain data tools for equipment tracking, certification, and maintenance.

Education

BS/BA or higher in Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or related scientific discipline
