Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics, fluidic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose instrument issues.
• Sense of urgency to deliver timely results and resolve issues quickly.
• Experience in FDA-regulated medical device industry.
• Working knowledge of quality system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and remanufacture Tosoh instruments.
• Complete administrative responsibilities accurately per company policy.
• Maintain documentation with 100% accuracy per good documentation practices.
• Fully comply with remanufacturing procedures and quality systems.
• Collaborate with Field Service personnel to resolve instrument issues.
• Maintain compliance in all daily work activities.
• Occasional business-related travel may be required.
