In this role, you'll be responsible for helping design, build, and grow our clinical genomic data platform to receive, normalize, and manage genetic and genomic test results from different laboratories. You will sit on the Health Informatics (HI) team. The HI team serves to promote and enable consistent informatics best practices across Flatiron Health products. This role specifically will serve on Flatiron’s Precision Medicine team to build and improve genomic data processing. Your contributions will prioritize retention of genomic data integrity while enabling many use cases across Flatiron’s clinical products (OncoEMR, Flatiron Assist, etc.). In addition, you will:
You are a biomedical informatician with a deep understanding of genomic data and logical data modeling. You have a scientific background (such as biology, genetics, or molecular biology) with robust technical skills. You are able to drive progress in a rapidly evolving field, and contribute to the adoption and development of best practices for creating and maintaining high-quality and high-integrity data. You are driven by curiosity and have a passion for advancing the impact of clinical genomics to make the right data available at the right time. You are a kind and collaborative individual.
