Biomedical Operations in Exton, PA is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join the Operations-Manufacturing team. You will support Facilities & Maintenance with cleaning and upkeep in a controlled environment.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and following approved procedures. You will operate and maintain cleaning equipment and assist with onboarding new hires, while supporting quarterly shutdowns and other assignments.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with facility cleaning equipment.
• Ability to follow approved cleaning and maintenance procedures and document work.
• Willingness to work overtime for shutdowns and unscheduled assignments.
• Comfort collaborating with the team and maintaining standards.

Responsabilidades

• Use approved methods and materials to clean and care for the entire facility, keeping a clean, secure, and safe work environment.
• Perform facility upkeep tasks: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, recycling, window glass cleaning, and floor care/resurfacing.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines, and vacuums.
• Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for CEA manufacturing spaces, supporting environmental controls in Controled Environment Areas.
• Support Maintenance with building services indoors/outdoors and onboarding/training for new hires.
