Job summary

Frontage Laboratories is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair the facility's infrastructure, equipment, utilities, and grounds at Exton, PA. You will work independently across multiple sites within a 2-mile radius, under the Sr.

Manager of Facilities, and assist loading dock operations as needed. You should have 3–6 years of facilities maintenance experience, be skilled in at least one trade, and possess knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing

Qualifications

• 3–6 years facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Experience with compressed air, vacuum and DI water systems.
• Pharmaceutical facility experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and OEM documents.
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs/oversees general repair and maintenance involving HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Performs daily rounds of critical utilities and updates the system logbook.
• Run Emergency Generators weekly and take accurate readings for logbook.
• General maintenance may include replacing and/or repairing lighting, incidental carpentry, paint, ceiling tiles, bathroom fixtures, moving furniture-fixtures-equipment.
• Identifies operational problems/inefficiencies, determines remedial action and executes changes after approval.
• Monitors BAS and building automation systems; supports remote monitoring for after-hours emergencies.
• Work with third party vendors and supervise temporary labor.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
