Job summary

JLL in Andover, MA is seeking a licensed electrician to oversee daily operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical facility electrical power and lighting systems. You will install, operate, maintain, alter, troubleshoot and repair distribution systems and related equipment.

This is a 2nd shift role with on-call and after-hours work as needed, including evenings, nights and weekends. Responsibilities include PMs, emergency response, documentation, and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and MA licensed electrician.
• 3–5+ years in bio medical facility maintenance.
• NFPA-70E and OSHA-10 safety training completed.
• Familiar with BMS and CMMS systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operation and maintenance of electrical and lighting systems.
• Respond to operational and emergency situations; on-call 24/7.
• Perform installations, PMs, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain safe working environment and comply with EHS policies.
• Manage inventory and purchase orders for parts and tools.
