Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Two years of electronics repair experience preferred.
• CPR certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming clinical equipment and maintain history records.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex medical devices using manuals.
• Ensure repaired equipment meets safety and operation standards.
• Document equipment history and generate reports.
• Provide training to equipment users as needed.
• Keep customers informed about repair cost and status.
• Respond immediately to emergency equipment situations.
• Perform repairs in high-stress environments when required.
• Complete continuing education to meet regulations and job requirements.
• Be available to take call and provide coverage as needed.
