Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking an HTM Technician to maintain and support medical equipment and systems under the Mayo Clinic Medical Equipment Management Plan. You will work on infusion pumps, imaging devices, and related care systems, ensuring reliability and patient safety.

This full-time role requires an associate degree in a relevant field, strong technical skills, and willingness to travel to other Mayo sites; on-call and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Biomedical Electronics/Healthcare Technology Management, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering (mechanical/computer/electronics) or similar.
• For laboratory or research positions: degree in medical/clinical laboratory science and experience maintaining lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medical and clinical equipment and systems per Mayo Clinic Medical Equipment Management Plan.
• Install, calibrate, repair and service biomedical, laboratory, imaging equipment and interconnected patient care systems.
• Prioritize service calls, communicate effectively with customers, and adhere to Mayo policies.
• On-call and overtime may be required; travel to Mayo sites and vendor training as needed.
