Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an HTM Technician to maintain medical and clinical equipment, ensuring proper performance of biomedical and connected patient care systems. The role requires excellent communication and on-call availability, with travel to Mayo sites as needed.

The position emphasizes continuous knowledge growth, mastery of complex equipment, and strict adherence to Mayo policies. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Biomedical Electronics/HTM, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Engineering with related experience.
• Associate's degree in Biomedical Electronics/HTM or related field with 5 years of experience.
• U.S. Military training in biomedical electronics or engineering with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medical and clinical equipment per Mayo Clinic plan.
• Troubleshoot planning, installation, maintenance, calibration and repair.
• Handle service calls with priority and attend on-call/overtime as needed.
• Develop mastery of complex equipment to support Mayo Clinic mission.
• Work with high-complexity equipment (anesthesia, perfusion, ventilators, mass spectrometry).
