Job summary

Campbell County Health is seeking an experienced Biomedical Equipment Technician to join our IT and clinical engineering team. You will install, calibrate, maintain, and repair clinical instruments and equipment under the supervision of the IT Infrastructure Manager.

You will provide staff training on equipment operation, contribute to pre-purchase evaluations, and participate in project meetings while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required in Biomedical Electronics or five years of related repair experience.
• Minimum five years in biomedical equipment repair and patient care systems.
• CPR certification policies apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PM and repairs on clinical equipment.
• Install and calibrate equipment; provide training to staff.
• Assist in pre-purchase evaluations and contract reviews.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety guidelines.
