Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, safety tests, and calibration for medical equipment.
• Provide equipment repair within the responsible area.
• Prioritize workload effectively with minimal supervision.
• Complete all necessary record keeping for work orders received and finished.
• Resolve customer service issues and complaints with minimal supervision.
• Assist in ordering parts and supplies necessary for equipment servicing.
• Cross-train with other technicians to share acquired skills.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with teammates and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military training, technical program graduate, or equivalent experience validated through certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience servicing technical equipment.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CBET certification preferred.
