Job summary

You will work under the Clinical Engineering department in University Hospital, performing safety inspections, documenting problem-solving results, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent in biomedical equipment technology or related field.
• Minimum one year of clinical or healthcare work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to medical equipment users and documents problem-solving results.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues and identifies root causes to determine corrective actions.
• Maintains, repairs, and calibrates medical equipment to meet industry standards and regulatory compliance.
• Performs preventive maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines and department procedures.
• Conducts safety inspections on assigned equipment and initiates service requests.
