Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic/mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, clean, diagnose, and repair devices.
• Operate repair tools, diagnostic and test equipment.
• Document repairs for traceability and invoicing.
• Prepare repair estimates for parts and labor.
• Maintain local service parts inventories with Materials Control.
• Use Windows PC for daily service and documentation.
• Create reports with Word and Excel.
• Communicate with customer service, depot techs, and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe work cell.
• Follow service, repair, quality, and documentation procedures.
