The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, experience with diagnostic equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to document repairs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic or mechanical devices preferred.
• Technical school training or experience in a technical field preferred.
• Experience using common tools and test equipment.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate repair documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, clean, and repair electronic and mechanical healthcare devices.
• Operate hand tools, test equipment, and diagnostic tools for device repair.
• Document service repairs to ensure traceability and support invoicing.
• Prepare repair estimates including parts and labor costs.
• Maintain local service parts inventory with Materials Control.
• Use Windows and Office for service-related tasks.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Depot Repair, and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe workcell.
