Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Specialist Logistics Biomedical to support Westchester operations. You will manage equipment pricing, purchase requisitions, warehousing, delivery and installation with project teams.

Maintain electronic records in planning and procurement databases, perform inventories, attend project meetings, and ensure accurate documentation for acquisitions, receiving and invoicing. On-site at 1129 Westchester Ave.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare logistics or biomedical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain competitive pricing for biomedical equipment.
• Process equipment purchase requisitions and manage warehousing, delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with OFD project manager, architects, contractors and vendors.
• Maintain electronic records in planning and procurement databases.
• Conduct regular inventories and participate in project meetings.
