Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Undertakes and completes basic project/product development tasks: prototypes, test methods, concepts, documentation of tests and assembly processes.
• Attend and contribute to product development meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Create/invent new concepts and designs for products/processes/test methods.
• Design, procure and fabricate simple tooling and fixtures.
• Design and coordinate engineering tests and experiments.
• Participate in innovation challenges sponsored by the organization.
• Communicate technical results to varied audiences.
• Train technicians on new processes and test procedures.
