Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking a Research & Development Engineering Co-op in Eden Prairie, MN. The student will assist the Cardiovascular System Engineering group, participate in prototype development, and help with verification and design activities for interventional cardiology devices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of study toward the degree.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of engineering and mechanical design principles.
• Knowledge of data acquisition and study design.
• Mechanical or electrical lab testing experience.
• Ability to multitask and meet external deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support principal engineer on active jobs.
• Complete assigned research projects.
• Test fixture fabrication.
• Test execution and data collection.
• Reporting: technical reports, manuscripts, abstracts, posters.
