Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a candidate to join its Pilot Scale Development team in support of development lab runs, data aggregation, and modeling for manufacturing recombinant proteins at pilot scale (50-1000L).

The role focuses on E2E operations of fed-batch platform development using stainless and disposable equipment, with responsibilities spanning planning, documentation, and process modeling to enable milestones and successful tech transfers.

Qualifications

• Solid background in laboratory setting.
• Experience with sterile technique preferred.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate stainless and single-use equipment from thaw to DS fill; support lab work to meet CMC milestones and pilot goals.
• Plan, document, and analyze experiments; use modeling tools for process predictions.
• Assist with tech transfers to Biogen manufacturing facilities; support lab upgrades and continuous improvement.
