Medpace is seeking Clinical Research Coordinators to advance to Clinical Research Associate (CRA) roles through the PACE training program. This home-based opportunity offers competitive salary, travel bonuses, and a path to leadership positions within a global CRO.

Candidates should have at least two years of CRA coordination experience, a Bachelor’s degree in health/science, and willingness to travel 60-70% nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or science related field.
• Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to travel 60-70% to locations nationwide; some visits may be conducted remotely.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to monitoring sites.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and efficient in time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in accordance with the approved protocol.
• Communicate with site staff including coordinators and clinical research physicians.
• Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, facilities, labs, equipment, and staff.
• Ensure good documentation practices and communicate protocol deviations per SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out on-site and remote monitoring using the Clinical Trial Management System to identify deviations and corrective actions.
• Verify enrollment of eligible subjects and perform regulatory document review.
• Manage device/investigational product/drug accountability and inventory.
• Review adverse events and other data for accurate reporting.
• Assist site in recruitment/retention and provide improvement recommendations.
• Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters with significant findings and actions.
