Aultman Health Foundation in Canton, OH is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to provide technical support for medical, electronic and communications devices across the organization. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, calibration, installation and inspections of equipment and systems.

You will maintain equipment inventories and maintenance documentation, deliver excellent customer service to staff, coordinate outside service with vendors, attend training seminars,

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering or military equivalent preferred.
• Experience in applied biomedical and electronic principles.
• Knowledge of computer systems and related technology.
• Knowledge with schematics and blueprints, calibrate equipment, digital and analog circuitry.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization and the ability to problem solve issues.
• Professional communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and without direct supervision as well as in a team driven environment.
• Must be reliable and punctual for all shift requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various medical, electronic and communications equipment and/or systems.
• Maintain equipment/systems inventories and all pertinent maintenance documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions co-workers and customers.
• Provide follow up to end users when resolutions are not met in a timely manner.
• Attend assigned training seminars, schools and in-services as required.
• Coordinate outside service with vendors/OEM as needed.
• Any other associated duties as assigned.
