Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a BioMed Field Service Engineer II to cover the Chicago area. This field-based role includes a company vehicle for personal use and requires living in the territory.

You will install, maintain, recall, and repair a broad range of medical devices at customer sites, with independence and a focus on customer satisfaction. Travel and occasional on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, maintenance, recall, and repair support for a broad range of modalities and models at customer sites.
• Operate with independence, drive customer satisfaction and meet service metrics.
• Maintain assets, including vehicle, inventory, and test equipment, and document service work promptly.
• Manage service orders and access equipment information using available technology.
• Travel within territory and adapt hours to meet customer needs.
• Mentor new team members as needed.
