Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking a detail‑oriented inventory coordinator to maintain its equipment pool for hospital use during high-demand periods. You will ensure equipment is clean, functional, and securely packed, while coordinating courier pickups and deliveries and updating the inventory in the system.

You will also manage the rental system database, perform data entry, and create requisitions for invoice payments, requiring strong organizational skills and a customer‑service

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in a customer service field or related field required.
• Experience with inventory or equipment pools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment pool inventory for hospitals during high census or demand.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working order, fulfill requests, and pack securely.
• Schedule courier pickups/deliveries and follow up with customers on receipt.
• Update database to show equipment location and availability at all times.
• Manage rental system database, data entry, and create requisitions for invoicing.

Be able to fulfill request orders, pack equipment up in a secure manner, schedule courier service for pick up and delivery and follow up with customer on receiving equipment. Be able to update database to show where equipment is and what is available in the equipment pool at all times. Managing rental system database and data entry. Creating requisitions for invoice payments, database keypunch and customer service follow up.
