Job summary

Charm Industrial is hiring a Biomass Partnerships & Sourcing Manager to secure biomass supply and ensure high-quality documentation for verification. You will start in Colorado, engaging forestry contractors and expanding supplier networks while liaising with local agencies on wildfire mitigation projects.

Regular travel within-state and to expansion regions will be required. You will own supplier contracts, coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries, and maintain chain-of-custody evidence

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, forestry, wildfire mitigation program work, natural resource partnerships, or agricultural products.
• Credibility with land managers and contractors: comfortable at meetings and field sites.
• Hands-on contracting experience: drafted or negotiated supply/purchase agreements, MOUs, or partnerships.
• Discipline with CRM, documentation, and follow-through; able to manage affidavits and chain-of-custody records.
• Commercial judgment on price, volume, and risk and ability to assess partner timelines.

Responsibilities

• Open new contractor and project supply in Colorado; build a pipeline with land managers and agencies.
• Turn relationships into signed supply agreements and manage pricing, specs, and haul terms.
• Own day-to-day supplier management with regular updates on projects, status, and deliveries.
• Support broader engagement with federal, state, and local agencies; attend meetings and field tours.
• Coordinate with Charm’s logistics team on project timing, pickups, and volume forecasts.
• Own evidence collection for sourcing and chain-of-custody; prepare packages for registry submission.
