Job summary

Charm Industrial seeks a Biomass Partnerships & Sourcing Manager to lead front-end supply in Colorado, securing biomass and building a pipeline with forestry contractors, land managers, and agencies. You will coordinate with logistics, ensure chain-of-custody evidence, and expand to new regions as Charm grows.

Requirements include experience in supply chain, contracting, and biomass-related partnerships, plus willingness to travel up to 30% and work in a hybrid setup at the Fort Lupton site.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, forestry, wildfire mitigation program work, natural resource partnerships, or agricultural products.
• Credibility with land managers and contractors; comfortable at officials meetings and field sites.
• Hands-on contracting experience: drafted or negotiated supply/purchase agreements, MOUs, or partnerships.
• CRM, documentation, and follow-through; own affidavits and chain-of-custody records.
• Commercial judgment on price, volume, and risk; assess partner timelines and scope.
• Enthusiastic about building new supply chains where none exist; comfortable with ambiguity in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Open new contractor and project supply in Colorado; build a pipeline with land managers and various entities.
• Negotiate supply agreements, purchase agreements, project appendices, and LOIs with contractors and agencies.
• Own day-to-day supplier management with regular updates on projects, status, timing, forecasts, and deliveries.
• Support federal, state and local agency engagement with status updates, meetings and field tours.
• Coordinate with Charm’s logistics team on project timing, pickup windows, and volume forecasts.
• Own evidence collection for sourcing and chain-of-custody; ensure documents meet registry requirements.
• Travel to new geographies Charm develops to understand biomass landscape.
