Job summary

CM Biomass in Houston (or Savannah) seeks an Execution Analyst to drive end-to-end execution of physical wood pellet contracts, coordinating shipments with plant ops, logistics, and freight providers. You will manage trade documentation and ensure compliance with export controls, while maintaining data in our Dycotrade module within Dynamics 365 F&O.

You will collaborate closely with trading, operations, and commercial teams, acting as the primary contact for counterparties and carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in trade execution, commodity operations, freight coordination, or similar.
• Familiarity with bulk cargo shipping docs, bills of lading, and export compliance; containerized shipments a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 with advanced Excel; familiarity with Dycotrade and Dynamics 365 F&O is advantageous.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; able to work flexible hours for international communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of physical wood pellet trade contracts and coordinate scheduling.
• Prepare and manage trade docs for domestic and export shipments, ensuring compliance.
• Serve as primary operational contact for counterparties, vessel operators, and freight providers.
