Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Scientist II, Biomarker Sciences/Translational Sciences, to apply computational methods to derive biological insights from translational datasets. You will analyze omics data, identify biomarkers and mechanisms of drug response, and collaborate across Translational Research, Discovery, Bioinformatics and Information Sciences to support portfolio goals.

Qualifications

PhD with 3+ years postdoc/industry experience in translational biology or oncology.
Experience analyzing omics datasets (bulk and single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics).
Ability to translate computational findings into testable hypotheses for drug development.
Proficiency in R and/or Python for biological data analysis with reproducible workflows.

Responsibilities

Apply computational approaches to identify biomarkers, mechanisms of drug response and resistance.
Integrate multi-omics data to generate actionable biological hypotheses.
Develop scalable analytics workflows and AI-enabled solutions for data analysis and visualization.
Collaborate across Translational Research, Discovery, Bioinformatics and Information Sciences to address portfolio questions.
Communicate complex analyses and conclusions to multidisciplinary teams.
