Job summary

Temple University seeks a Research Assistant to support a multi-site study identifying biomarkers and predictors of clinical and behavioral outcomes in individuals at risk for psychosis. You will collect data, conduct interviews, and assist with biosample collection and neuroimaging tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least six months of related experience, with opportunities to work nights/weekends and contribute to ongoing clinical trials under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred.
• Six months of directly related work experience required or equivalent.
• Experience with data management and working with sensitive data.
• Experience with clinical populations or research on mental health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aid in collecting and managing data in a multi-site study.
• Administer semi-structured clinical interviews and cognitive tasks.
• Assist in collection and processing of biosamples, EEG and MRI data.
• Support daily lab operations, recruit participants, and manage study data.
• Supervise undergraduate volunteers and ensure compliance with study protocols.
