Responsibilities

• develop and oversee biomarker strategies from phase 1 to 3, including assay development, sample management, and regulatory documentation
• collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and external partners to develop validated clinical assays
• support biomarker data analysis with bioinformatics and genomics groups

Requirements

• Ph.D. in cancer biology, molecular biology, genomics, or equivalent
• 3+ years industry experience in clinical biomarker and assay development
• proven track record in biomarker validation and clinical implementation
• experience working with CROs
