• Build apprenticeships, internships, technical training, and early-career pathways.
• Design workforce partnerships, governance, funding models, and success measures.
• Create global knowledge-transfer, rotation, immersion, and learning programs.
• Align internal leaders, education partners, government organizations, and workforce boards.
• Evaluate and scale workforce programs supporting manufacturing readiness and growth.
