Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Biomanufacturing Operations Coordinator in the United States to support complex bioproduction programs from concept to completion.

You will develop and maintain master production schedules, track milestones, and coordinate with stakeholders using MS Projects and Smartsheet, while ensuring timely communication and adherence to contract requirements. A Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years creating and maintaining high-resolution production schedules.
• 2+ years tracking milestones and gates against obligations and milestones.
• 2+ years using scheduling software to model run cadences and lead times.
• Experience delivering program briefings and milestone reports to leadership.
• Experience with authoring or editing white papers or technical reports.
• Experience monitoring pilot-scale manufacturing and addressing schedule deviations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain organizational programs to accelerate technology transitions.
• Review and plan accelerated deliverable timelines with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, program analysts, and customers.
• Communicate to ensure goals are met and quality standards upheld.
• Develop and maintain program strategy and execution plans.
• Help deliver bioproduction capabilities safely for mission success.
