Job summary

Manus Biosynthesis in Georgia is seeking a Chemical/Fermentation Plant Operator to sustain the fermentation plant’s efficient operation and provide overtime support as needed. You will work with the Pilot Plant and collaborate across teams to maintain safety, quality, and process performance.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment per SOPs, collecting samples, maintaining batch records, and supporting maintenance activities while adhering to EH&S policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial fermentation or related plant operations is preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Interface with production to resolve fermentation and product isolation issues.
• Execute and assist fermentation experiments.
• Prepare fermentation equipment per SOPs and collect samples.
• Maintain batch records and communicate parameter changes.
• Support maintenance and ensure EH&S compliance.
