PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Scientist II to support early-stage discovery programs, identifying New Chemical Entities and advancing lead optimization. You will design and execute experiments, maintain rigorous notebooks, and present findings to cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong immunology and cell biology skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with project teams. Travel is limited and general lab duties are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology with at least 6 years of experience OR a Master's degree with 2+ years.
• Experience with multi-color flow cytometry and immunophenotyping of primary human cells.
• Proficient in communicating results and maintaining accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute experiments and interpret results as part of multidisciplinary project teams.
• Maintain audit-ready laboratory notebooks per company standards.
• Stay current with state-of-the-art scientific principles and technologies.
• Troubleshoot experiments and generate high-quality data with appropriate controls.
• Present findings in internal forums and contribute to manuscripts/publications.
• Contribute to patent applications as appropriate.
• Support general lab operations, including stockroom and supplies.
