Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biology or related field.
• 3+ years in biology research, lab work, teaching, or related QA roles.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with rubric-based LLM evaluation or AI training QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check biology items and provide feedback to trainers and QAs.
• Scientific review of AI-generated biology explanations and terminology for correctness and clarity.
• Communicate guidelines and updates via Discord to the team.
• Onboarding and training calls with trainers and QAs to explain expectations and rubrics.
• Maintain biology project documentation, style guides, and QA trackers.
• Flag unsafe or misleading biology recommendations and ensure safety compliance.
