Job summary
North Carolina A&T State University invites applications for Part-Time Instructors in Biology for fall 2025, summer 2025, or spring 2026. Positions are semester-by-semester, temporary, and may allow remote or hybrid work per university policy.
The successful candidate will teach introductory and advanced biology courses, participate in training, advise students, and support student organizations. Requires MS or PhD in Biology or related field at time of application; university/community college
Qualifications
- Candidates must have an MS or a PhD in Biology or related field at time of application.
- Candidates with teaching experience at the University or Community College level are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach face-to-face and/or online courses.
- Attend training and/or review sessions.
- Provide academic advising and support to student organizations.
- Participate in program development and assessment.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff in the department and university.
