Western Iowa Tech Community College is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach Fall and Spring Anatomy & Physiology courses face-to-face in Sioux City, IA. Several sections are available between 8AM and 5PM, with pay per course.
The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in biology or a related field, with teaching experience preferred. You must meet minimum faculty standards and conform to college policies and procedures. This PT role is based in Iowa.

Thank you for your interest in the Adjunct Instructor position. At this time your application will remain in the open pool and if the College needs to hire additional adjuncts in the future due to a change in departmental needs, you may be contacted. This position is on as needed basis.
This position is responsible for teaching Fall and Spring face-to-face Anatomy & Physiology courses as available and assigned in accordance with course competencies and syllabi. Several sections available between the hours of 8AM-5PM. Develops and/or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning style of students. Must evaluate and report student performances and progress in courses in accordance with College and division policies and procedures. Must meet minimum faculty standards for hire and adhere to college policies and procedures.
PAY: $3,735 (per A&P course w lecture/lab)
Master degree in biology or any relevant areas such as Chiropractor or Physical Therapist.
Teaching experience is preferred.
