Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or an associate degree with 4+ or 6+ years of GMP experience, respectively.
• High school diploma with 8+ years in GMP and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of biologics manufacturing, equipment operation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMP regulations.
• Monitor manufacturing processes, documentation, training, deviations and investigations.
• Coordinate with validation and facilities; troubleshoot equipment issues; develop team goals.
