Job summary

LOTTE Biologics is seeking an Associate Scientist, Upstream Process Development to execute cell culture experiments from lab to manufacturing scale. The role combines lab and office work and requires adherence to GLP/GMP protocols while contributing to documentation, protocols, and regulatory submissions.

The successful candidate will support scale-up studies, process control strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment in East Syracuse, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in biologics upstream process development.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and bioreactors preferred.
• Experience in GLP/GMP environments and documenting data.

Responsibilities

• Execute and document laboratory studies for upstream cell culture development and scale-up.
• Support process transfer from lab to manufacturing-scale.
• Assist with process optimization, data analysis, and documentation for CMC submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GMP/GLP compliance.
