Job summary

Catalent’s Madison site in Wisconsin is seeking a 2027 Intern - Quality Control to support data collection, documentation, and process improvements within a regulated lab environment. You will work 40 hours per week during a 12-week summer session, gain hands-on experience with laboratory systems, databases, and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing life sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or related).
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 weeks in summer.
• Ability to apply SOPs in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Control activities through data collection, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with laboratory systems, databases, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
• Analyze, organize, and document data to support projects and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and contribute to team projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards while completing projects and presenting results.
