dawarconsulting partners with a world leader in biotechnology to recruit an Associate Scientist, Purification Process Development in Oceanside, CA. The role focuses on hands-on purification process development, characterization, scale-up, and technology transfer for biologics within GMP manufacturing environments.

You will design studies, support scale-up to GMP facilities, and document protocols and electronic laboratory records while collaborating with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• MS + 2 years or BS + 4 years of relevant experience in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related discipline.
• Strong hands‑on experience with biologics purification process development.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute purification process development and characterization studies.
• Support process scale‑up, technology transfer, and implementation at internal and external GMP manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and document experimental protocols, reports, and electronic laboratory records.
