ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Scientist II, Process Development to advance protein purification processes for therapeutic products. The role emphasizes designing experiments, scaling processes from bench to manufacturing, and delivering robust data-driven improvements.

The candidate will collaborate with PD, Manufacturing, RA, and QA, applying advanced analytical methods and strong communication to propel process development in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in biochemistry, chemical engineering, biophysics, biology or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of process development or protein purification experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing protein purification processes.
• Up to 5 years of experience in a GMP environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Statistical analysis for analysis and interpretation of data.

Responsibilities

• Developing new or improved protein purification processes.
• Design, execute, analyze studies, with direction and guidance of management.
• Interface with PD, Manufacturing, RA, Quality, as appropriate.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and provide business centered, innovative solutions to process improvement and development initiatives.
• Statistical analysis for analysis and interpretation of data.
