Job summary

MSD Malaysia offers a summer internship in Biologics Process Research and Development (BPR&D) within our Research & Development Division. Interns will join a multi-functional team across PCS, BPD, and USMO to develop novel bioprocess technologies for our biologics pipeline this 10–12 week program.

Interns gain hands-on experience in state-of-the-art labs, with opportunities to present results and refine lab skills, while working in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student pursuing a relevant Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree.
• Must be available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks starting May/June 2027.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team to develop bioprocess technologies.
• Solve challenges in biopharmaceutical process development and manufacturing.
• Record accurate electronic notebooks of experiments.
• Present research results orally and in writing.
