A leading biotech and pharmaceutical firm seeks a Recruitment Consultant to oversee Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) activities within the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. The role requires a Master's degree and extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including significant leadership experience. Responsibilities include developing work plans, leading technical teams, and ensuring process optimization and compliance with GMP standards. Competitive salary range is between $175,000 and $195,000 annually.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual work plans for MS&T activities.
• Lead and mentor the MS&T organization for manufacturing support.

• Support audits and regulatory inspections for GMP compliance.
• Improve laboratory workflows for data integrity.
