The role requires leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and driving continuous improvement, with strong technical writing and problem-solving skills.

Competenze

• 10+ years in biopharma with at least 5 years in MSAT.
• Demonstrated experience in MSAT technology transfer, scale-up, and manufacturing support.
• Excellent technical writing for protocols, reports, and investigations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Lead technology transfer from Process Development into GMP manufacturing.
• Author Technology Transfer Protocols with detailed manufacturing batch records.
• Develop process descriptions, manufacturing instructions, and scale-up strategies.
• Perform scale-up calculations for upstream and downstream operations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for scale-up.
• Mentor junior engineers/scientists and provide technical leadership.
