Job summary

VetJobs in Waco, Texas, seeks a compounding technician for the B2 shift (5:45pm–6:30am Wed–Fri and every other Sat). You will support cGMP manufacturing, assist engineers with setup and calibration, and perform rework and quality testing on biologics production materials.

Responsibilities include shipping, inventory, sampling, equipment prep (CIP/SIP), cell culture, chromatography, and filtration, with on-site work and adherence to strict SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• 2+ years experience (or equivalent).
• Associates degree in science, with 1+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 0+ year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Shipping finished materials.
• Maintaining inventory levels.
• Sampling of in process and raw materials.
• Running glass washer / autoclave.
• Buffer / media preparation.
• Equipment preparation (CIP / SIP).
• Cell culture (from vial thaw to production scale).
• Column chromatography.
• Tangential flow filtration.
