Biopharma-Consulting-Jad-Group is seeking a night-shift pharmaceutical manufacturing technician in Fort Worth, TX. You will prepare and mix saline solutions, operate large reactors, and support CIP/SIP processes on a 40-hour work week.

The role requires aseptic technique, mechanical aptitude, and 2+ years of pharma manufacturing experience. Night shift hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with start in November 2026.

Formación

• Associate's degree or 30+ college credits with two chemistry courses with lab.
• Aseptic technique and mechanical aptitude.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Chemical compounding experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and mix saline solutions and compound ingredients.
• Operate and clean equipment such as 350-650 kg reactor vessels, filters, parts and compounding kits.
• Support production through Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP).
• Monitor fill line operations using SCADA (pressure, temperature, recipe steps).
• Follow SOPs, cGMP and GxP with accurate documentation.

Process pharmaceutical ingredients and products, including liquid solutions and suspensions, on the night shift at a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in Fort Worth, Texas.

What you'll do

• Prepare and mix saline solutions and compound ingredients.
• Operate and clean equipment such as 350-650 kg reactor vessels, filters, parts and compounding kits.
• Support production through Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP).
• Monitor fill line operations using SCADA (pressure, temperature, recipe steps).
• Follow SOPs, cGMP and GxP with accurate documentation.

• Associate's degree (Science or Engineering preferred), or 30+ college credits including two chemistry courses with lab.
• Aseptic technique; technical and mechanical aptitude.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred (water systems, sanitization, sterilizer, technician).
• Chemical compounding experience is a plus.

• Contract: 6 months, with possible extension
• Shift: 3rd shift, 11:00 pm-7:30 am, Sunday night through Thursday night (40 hours/week)
• Start: November 2026
